This is a short term position teaching Young Learners and Juniors aged between 7 and 17 years old. Students come to Ilfracombe from various countries to enjoy our exciting activity programme whilst learning and practising English. Students live with local host families; they come to school in the mornings, and have lessons either in the morning or the afternoon. Class times are 09:00-17:00 and the evenings are free for planning and certificate-writing. Teachers will be given a full induction and we also offer in-house professional development sessions.

Fantastic opportunity for suitably qualified EFL Teachers to join our small, friendly team. Situated on the stunning North Devon coast, Country Cousins (founded 1951) is a small family-run business and we successfully welcome hundreds of students every year. We can offer employment from early July until mid-August in our Channel School of English. Teachers are required to teach between 15 and 30 hours a week. Teachers coming from outside the area are required to find accommodation but the school will be able to organise this. Accommodation to be paid for by the teacher but wage is adequate to do so.
