Who are we looking for:

2 HOMEROOM MONTESSORI EDUCATORS. The requirements are below:

- Be Female Native Speakers from English Speaking countries. Speak neutral and clear accent.

- Hold University degree or above - Have at least a year of teaching experience

- Be patient and have strong passion for Early Childhood education

- Be able to relocate to Thuan An city, Vietnam and start in August 2023.

Outstanding Offer Package

- Salary: up to 2.500 USD after tax (depending on your qualification and teaching experience)

More details of the Position:

- Age group of students: 2 - 6 years old

- Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 - 4:30

- Number of students/class: 15 - 20

- Teaching assistants: 1 - 2 Vietnamese teachers

- Class activities include indoor, outdoor and field trips

Your responsibilities:

- Responsible for care and education of a group of children

- Plan and implement school curriculum

- To ensure a well-run and purpose program

- Work closely with parents in the education of their children

- To fulfill all requirements for program implementation such as Preparing and attending Parent-Teacher Meeting, lesson planning, reporting children´s progress etc.

- To carry our school activities such as field trip, children concert etc.

- To ensure proper recording of all activities including maintaining children portfolio, preparing annual curriculum review etc.

- To attend all meetings and company events

- To be the lead teacher in an international program’s class and a subject teacher in bilingual/other programs (if required)

- To carry out all assignments from the school Management
