• Planning and preparing courses and lessons based on the British National Curriculum and the school´s curriculum policy;
• Teaching according to pupils’ educational need, provide individualized and small group instruction to adapt curriculum to the needs of each child
• Assessing, recording and reporting regular feedback on development, progress and attainment of pupils;
• Based on the school policy, issue official progress reports that best reflect each child’s academic development and social growth;
• Communicate with parents on a regular basis with regards to pupils’ learning development;
• Advising and cooperating with the management and colleagues in preparation and development of courses of study, teaching materials, teaching programs, methods of teaching and assessment
• Participating in staff development programs and performance reviews
