Job Descriptions

Student´s age: Adults (18+) and teenagers (10-18)

35 working hours per week.

2 days off every week, usually on weekdays.

Two types of shift work:

Morning shift: 9/10 AM-5/6 PM

Evening shift: 1/2 PM-9/10 PM

√ Prepare and fulfill English assessment for students.

√ Make corresponding learning plan according to the level of each student.

√ Be responsible for teaching of English, including listening, speaking, writing, etc.

√ Fulfill one to one teaching and make adjustments based on the different situation of each student as

well as their requirements.

√ Fulfill student activities with other colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

Bachelor´s degree or above degrees
TEFL/TESOL certificate OR 2 years of teaching experience
Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa or Ireland
Outgoing, social personality, clear motivations to teach and the ability to connect with students and deliver high level classes
Age between 22-55

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Compensation

Competitive salary between 12000-18000 RMB depending on city and qualifications
Housing allowance between 1500-4000 RMB depending on city
Quarterly performance bonus of 2500 RMB
Flight allowance up to 8000 RMB
Contract renew bonus of 3000-6000 RMB
Open class bonus of 200 RMB per new student
