Originally opening in 1971, this excellent not for profit multi campus school has been offering a holistic education to its students for more than 40 years. QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

You should be a qualified teacher with a minimum of two years post qualifying experience held up by a good degree. You will be teaching in Early Years (Ages 4 - 7)

A child centred approach is highly desirable (for Early years Reggio Emilia experience is desirable) and you should certainly be committed to an inquiry based student centred approach to teaching. Experience with the Readers´ and writers´ workshop model would be advantageous. Applicants should be committed to the school´s mission and ethos including its five key elements: Academic, Personal and Social Education, Service, Activities and Outdoor education. You should be committed to teaching in a multi cultural environment and previous EAL teaching experience is therefore welcomed. A collaborative style is important and along with an ability to work well within a variety of cultures. You need to be adaptable and flexible and have a positive approach to life.
