Elementary ESL teacher needed for Chinese students enrolled in a western program in a Chinese school. This position will assist the lead classroom teacher. All western teachers report to a western principal.

• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience, ranging from $30,000 to $65,000 (USD), pre tax. Teachers are paid in Chinese RMB

• Required CertificatesTESL/TEFL Certificate over 100 hours

• Prior experience in IB is preferred, but not required
• 2 years teaching experience for VISA
• Prior experience in working abroad, especially in Asia, is preferred, but not required
• Proven success with primary and intermediate teaching skills, ESL/EFL training and teaching and an ability to work collaboratively with school administration
• Ability to live and work in China
• Native English speaker
• TEFL certification required
