Our bilingual program is located in two state-owned schools in Prague, Czech Republic. Our program offers children the opportunity to learn Czech and English simultaneously. Our program follows a 50/50 model with students participating in all subjects in both languages. Each class has two teachers, a Czech and an English teacher, who collaborate together to provide the students with a consistent environment where both languages can flourish. 

Toscool organization is seeking qualified elementary teachers who are interested in joining our bilingual elementary schools. Teachers must have a BA or MA in Elementary Education, a sound understanding of elementary curriculum, and exceptional classroom management and organizational skills. We prefer teachers who have a minimum of two years experience as classroom teachers in Grades 1-5 (stages K1-K5). 

Because our program requires a great deal of collaboration, we are looking for open-minded teachers who have the ability to co-plan and co-teach. Teachers must be flexible and willing to openly communicate with the co-teacher. 

Our school offers a creative and young environment where we provide opportunites for you to grow as an educator.  Working hours are from 8-15:30, with a maximum of 22 direct teaching hours per week. We offer a one-year contract that runs the length of the school year. Our salary is above the average, with returning teachers receiving a stipend for the summer months. Basic health care is covered by the school.
