QUALIFICATIONS

1. Native English speakers with BA degree or above, with either TESOL/TEFL certificate or two years related working experience.

2. Aged less than 55 and with a good health condition. Should have no criminal record. Knowledge about Chinese culture is preferred.

3. Give an average of 16 periods of lessons a week (45 minutes/period) and should not take any part time job out of the university.

4. Should respect China´s policies on religion, moral standards and customs, and shall not conduct any activity incompatible with the status of a foreign teacher.

1. Monthly salary of a Bachelor will be RMB 7,000. There will be another monthly RMB 500 if the foreign teacher has a workless couple and/or a child under 18.

2. University will provide each foreign teacher with a set of apartment during the term of employment.

3. If the contract duration lasts a school year, University will reimburse an international round trip ticket for a foreign teacher upon receiving his/her tickets and boarding cards. 

4. University will buy insurance for the foreign teacher, and pay for resident permit and medical examination.

5. The foreign teacher enjoys the winter and/or summer vacations as well as legal holidays in China according to the regulations of our University.
