1. Monthly salary: 18,000 - 20,000 RMB ($2,800 - $3,000) after tax

2. A full furnished single apartment provided (or 2,000RMB housing allowance)

3. Flight reimbursement: 5,000 RMB at the end of one year contract

4. Monthly bonus: 1,000 - 2,000 RMB

5. Health and accidental insurance provided

6. 11 holidays, 5 day sick leave and 5 day personal leave paid

8. Student age: 3 - 10 years old

9. Class size: 5 - 10 students/class

10. 1 - 2 teaching assistant in each class

12. Working hours: 35 hours/week including teaching and office hours
