Best Learning is one of the most recognized language schools in China. We provide American kindergarten and elementary education to children in China. Our pre-school and elementary English programs use award-winning McGraw-Hill textbooks, materials and lesson plans for an authentic and challenging academic environment. Teachers will teach English through various subjects such as Math, Science, Social Studies, and Reading.

Job details

• Student age range: 4-14 years old.

• Class size: 12 students per class.

• Class length: 40 minutes per class.

• Working Hours: 40 working hours including 18-22 teaching hours per week, from Wednesday to Friday 1 pm to 9 pm, for weekends, 8 am to 6 pm including two hours’ rest time in the afternoon between 12:00 to 14:00.

• Curriculum is provided by the school.

• Bilingual teaching assistant in each class.

• Initial training is provided for at least a week, this training is paid.

Requirement for teachers

• Native speaker teachers come from US, UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa, Ireland

and New Zealand

• Hold Bachelor degree or above (Education, linguistics or English degree given top priority)

• Have 2 years teaching experience or TEFL/TESOL certificate

• Base Salary: 2500 USD- 3100 USD (16000 RMB - 20000 RMB) after tax.

• Provided shared apartment or rentinghousing allowance USD 77 (500 RMB) per month.

• Reimbursed airfare bonus: $500 (3000 RMB) once contract is fulfilled.

• Demo class bonus:120 RMB per class.

• Provide health insurance.

• Sponsored legal Z Work Visa

• Chinese public holidays and 25th December paid off.

• 5 days paid sick leave per year
