Courses at our school are based on our unique Experimental Learning System which measures students’ requirements to formulate courses to meet their requirements. Teaching is student centered as focuses on developing English skills through thoughtful and meaningful learning tasks in a relaxed and fun environment.

Our school’s 4D English Learning System is widely recognized and practiced throughout the world and is a combination of Western and Asian methodologies designed to match Chinese students’ learning habits. The 4D English Learning System is made up of four parts – Fun, Skill, Tech and Goal.

We strongly believe when course material and teaching style is fun the learning process will be more effective and engaging. Course materials are filled with fun and interesting lesson topics that relate to students’ daily lives. Our center’s Theatre Room is filled with interactive English learning movies which adds a great deal of fun to the learning process.

The English Skill Drive incorporates techniques designed to provide students with effective learning strategies. This involves the Communicative Method, Task Based Learning, Situation Learning and the Audio-Lingual Method. An online virtual gaming component, known as MOW, allows students to take the role of a character in a virtual English environment and can interact with other teachers and students online.

You will not only be teaching, but also developing your own skill sets and competencies. QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree

• TEFL certificate

• 2 years of teaching experience

• Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Ireland

• Outgoing, social personality

• 25 teaching hours + 10 office hours per week

• Teach a variety of English classes to a range of abilities

• Ensure students learn and progress and receive the support and encouragement needed

• Take part in social activities

There are no costs whatsoever for the entire recruitment process.

• 11,000 – 15,000 RMB per month for Beijing, Guangzhou & Shenzhen

• 10,000 – 14,000 RMB per month for other locations (depends on teaching experience)

• Housing allowance of 1,500 - 3,000 RMB depending on the city

• 11 days Chinese National holidays + 5 days
