- Hold a Bachelor degree

- Have at least 2 years of teaching experience or teaching certificate

- High salary offer:16000 - 20000 RMB/ month

- You will get a housing allowance of 2000 RMB per month

- Ending contract bonus: 3000 - 15000 RMB

- Get an amount of 1500 RMB per teacher you recommend and work stably at our company

- 150 RMB/ extra teaching hour

- Performance bonus of up to 6000 RMB per quater

- Flight allowance of 6000 RMB at the beginning and ending of the contract (each time 6000 RMB)

- Paid holidays: up to 29 days/ year

- Free Mandarin course

- Students ages mainly from 3 to 12 years old

- Teach a small group of 4 - 6 students/ class

- Working schedule: 5 working days/ week

- You will have 35 working hours/ week including teaching and non-teaching hours
