About Mete Institutional Education!

We are located in 27 different cities all over China including cities such as Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Xi’an, and Nanjing. With such diverse locations, candidates have the opportunity to be placed in a city that fits their preferences and personalities.

The curriculum we use is designed and produced by National Geographic. Meten’s "Core Program” includes all the regular classes. Classes can be 1 on 1, 1 on 4, or 1 on 10.

While many educational centers teach children, Meten focuses on older students, such as teenagers (10-18) and adults (18+).

 

 

Job details

35 working hours per week.

2 days off every week, usually on weekdays.

Two types of shift work:

Morning shift: 9/10 AM – 5/6 PM

Evening shift: 1/2 PM – 9/10PM

Prepare and fulfill English assessment for students.

Make corresponding learning plan according to the level of each student.

Be responsible for teaching of English, including listening, speaking, writing, etc.

Fulfill one to one teaching and make adjustments based on the different situation of each student as well as their requirements.

Fulfill student activities with other colleagues.

Who are we looking for?

5 ESL teachers who meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above degrees

TEFL/TESOL certificate OR 2 years of teaching experience

Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia,

New Zealand, South Africa or Ireland

Outgoing, social personality, clear motivations to teach and the ability to connect with students and deliver high level classes

Age: 22 to 50

Job offer!

Competitive salary between 12000-18000rmb depending on qualification

Housing allowance 1500-3000rmb/month depending on qualification

Quarterly performance bonus of 2500rmb depending on performance

Flight allowance up to 8000rmb

Contract renew bonus of 3000-6000rmb

Open class bonus of 200rmb per new student
