Job Responsibilities:

Assist with building and maintaining a team environment onside to achieve all property goals.

Assists with motivating, directing, and evaluating employees and all r elated personnel issues.

Physically walks and inspects community on a daily basis to a ddress issues and verify standards.

Oversees and directs all ad ministrative duties in accordance with company policy.

Building reception, establish and maintain relations with tenant

Job Qualifications:

BA degree required

Previous Property Management or industry ex perienc e preferred

Professional appearance and demeanor

A positive, motivating and team-oriented attitude

Strong communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

A desire to exceed in a very competitive environment

Ability to work with a diverse group of people to include co-worke rs, vendors and customers.

European with Bachelor degree and at least 2years management office experience

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:00am-1200pm,13:30pm-18:00pm,weekend off
