QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

The successful applicant will partner with the Chinese Co-Principal as the designated Heads of School, having overall academic leadership responsibility of the school. He/she will also collaborate with the School Business Manager to oversee the school´s non-teaching operations to ensure the provision of high quality education for all students, in accordance with the Vision, Mission, Principles and Practices.

· Holder of Bachelor´s Degree, preferably in School Administration;

· With a license to practice as a Principal or with significant experience and seniority in international education to take up the role;

· With over 10 years of teaching experiences and at least 5 years as a school administrator;

· Supports the school´s Vision, Mission, Principles and Practices;

· Exhibits strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as intercultural understanding and other global competencies.
