Because we live in a world that is run by, if not overrun by technology, I did appreciate the online format. I have always learned better through an in-person, brick and mortar type environment, but the online convenience is unmatched. I do feel as though there was so much information to try to absorb, a lot of it being information I've heard before, while many other aspects were unfamiliar to me. I did also take 20 more hours than was required by my job, which made it more of a challenge in the time frame that I had, but it all seemed to work out. For someone who finished school 38 years ago some areas were challenging but manageable. My biggest difficulty was with the practicallity of the Lesson Plan but my tutor was very patient and very helpful which I really appreciate. I found it easier to print each module, read through in my own time and then go online to do the quiz.
